Missing Thread - <Huge OLTP Load on SQL Server - possible?>

Hi Folks,
I started a thread last week (6/23 Thurs) asking for advice about
processing a huge OLTP load using a farm of SQL Server boxes. First, let
me thank all who responded - the information and links were very helpful!
But the point of this post is that the thread seems to have disappeared,
which means I'm not getting anyone else's opinion on the matter. Can
anyone tell me if someone/something is moderating this group and perhaps
removing threads? Or maybe I have a problem with my own newsreader?
The subject of the original thread was "Huge OLTP Load on SQL Server -
possible?". Can anyone else find this thread in the current image of the
newsgroup (ie. *not* in google). Or perhaps someone could explain why/how
things get removed? Did a bad sig sneak thru in one of my posts? ;-)
Many thanks,
ws

Thanks for the check - much appreciated. My news reader, after years
of faithful service, has seemingly lost its mind. It can't even find
THIS thread - had to use Google. Again thanks... now to figure out
why Xnews tanked...
